I often get coffee there and some rolls and pastries for those in need who are sitting in the pedestrian zone. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there, the goods are always freshly baked and taste good. The coffee, cappuccino, coffee latte are also tasty. Unfortunately, an accident happened to me today and I was probably not the only one today. The staff, especially the branch manager, kept calm and took care of my mishap as soon as possible. I can highly recommend this branch.

Employees are always friendly, but there is as little in the Large Kaffee here as in the Medium Kaffee in Cologne. I already mentioned in Euskirchen what the machine was converted to. But after 2 days it was like that again.

Good evening Backwerk Team, I wanted to tell you that I am a great lover of your products and stores, but this love was put to the test today. I bought a schnitzel roll (my favorite product of their company) from them in the Euskirchen branch. However, this has proven to be a vegetarian alternative, which, however, was not announced anywhere on the checkout screen. Furthermore, next to a meatball roll, the product was far from the meat-free alternatives. I hope you will take this story of deception to heart and change it in the future. Best regards
